Thomas, you have taken on board lots of new learning during talent development this term. You have shown that you understand the link with our concept of systems, by discussing specific ecosystems within the 'systems' model. You have thought interdependently during the construction of your own ecosystem, by working with Jeeun. The two of you created an ecosystem that demonstrated lots of your new learning. This ecosystem should survive if you continue to provide it with the biotic and non-biotic things that it needs, I look forward to hearing how it's going!
